Booking terms and conditions
Reservation Terms and Conditions
For all Guests, reserved rooms are available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. Rooms must be vacated no later than 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
Any departure after 11:00 AM is subject to room availability and prior approval by the Hotel. Where a late check-out is granted, an additional fee of €15 will apply for departures between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM, and an additional fee of €25 will apply for departures between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM.
Any departure after 1:00 PM will automatically result in an additional night's stay being charged at the applicable public rate.
The Hotel reserves the right to apply these charges to any Guest occupying the room beyond the authorized check-out time.
The Hotel is entirely non-smoking. Any smoking within the premises will result in a cleaning fee of €150.
Animals are not allowed in the Hotel. Clients arriving with animals will be denied access.
Non-Refundable Rate
In the event of cancellation at any time, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
Room Only Rate and Bed & Breakfast Rate
Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 2 days before arrival.
If the reservation is cancelled within 2 days prior to arrival, the cost of the first night will be charged.
In case of a no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
Pre-Authorization and Reservation Guarantee
Please note that a valid credit card is required to guarantee all reservations, regardless of the rate type booked.
Complete credit card details must be provided at the time of booking.
Please note that your card has not been charged and will not be charged before your arrival, as the hotel does not have the legal authorization to take payment in advance without the cardholder’s presence.
We do, however, require a valid credit card in the guest’s name, and the cardholder’s name must match the name on the reservation.
This card will be pre-authorized for the full amount of the stay 14 days prior to arrival in order to guarantee the booking.
Payment is expected at check-in. You may present the same card used to guarantee the reservation and we can finalize the payment on that card, or we can cancel the pre-authorization and you may settle the bill using a different method of payment at that time.
If you prefer to prepay your stay, this is only possible by bank transfer. We can provide a proforma invoice upon request, and you may arrange this directly via the hotel’s email address.
Group Reservations
For reservations of more than 3 rooms, the following conditions apply:
· Free cancellation up to 28 days prior to arrival.
· Between 28 and 21 days prior to arrival, up to 50% of the reserved rooms may be cancelled free of charge.
· From 21 days prior to arrival until the arrival date, the reservation becomes non-refundable.
To guarantee your reservation, we kindly ask you to:
· Confirm your acceptance of these terms and conditions by email;
· Complete and sign the credit card pre-authorization form;
· Provide a copy of the cardholder’s valid identification document.
Should we not receive the required documents within 48 hours of the reservation confirmation, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and release the rooms.

ARTICLE 1: APPLICATION OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (GTC)
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to reservations made by the Client. These GTC are available to Clients on our website. Any reservation implies the Client’s full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.

ARTICLE 2: RESERVATION TERMS
For all Guests, reserved rooms are available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. Rooms must be vacated no later than 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

1/ Reservations can be made directly with the hotel, via email, or by phone. Unless made at the last minute, this type of reservation is confirmed by the Hotel. If the reservation is made on partner websites or directly with one of our partners, no confirmation will be sent to the Client by the Hotel.
The Client selects the services they wish to book on the website according to the following steps:
1. Selection of the room type and rate
2. Selection of additional services, if applicable
3. Verification and validation of reservation details, total amount, and rate conditions
4. Provision of personal information
5. Entry of credit card details for guarantee or prepayment purposes
6. Review and acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and selected rate conditions prior to confirming the reservation
7. Final validation of the reservation
The Client acknowledges that they have been informed about the nature, purpose, and terms of the Services offered by the Hotel and have obtained the necessary information to make a fully informed reservation. The Client is solely responsible for their choice of services and their suitability to their needs; thus, the Hotel’s liability cannot be invoked in this regard.
The Client agrees to provide the requested information in the reservation form and certifies the accuracy and truthfulness of the provided information.
Contractual information is presented in French and confirmed at the latest at the time of reservation validation by the Client.
For reservations made exclusively online, the reservation is recorded when the Client accepts these General Terms and Conditions of Sale by checking the appropriate box and validating their reservation. The Client may review the details of their reservation, the total price, and correct any errors before confirming their acceptance. This validation implies acceptance of all the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and constitutes proof of the sales contract.
It is the Client's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the reservation and immediately report any errors.
The sale of Services will only be deemed final after the Hotel sends a confirmation of acceptance of the reservation via email and collects the full payment.
Any reservation made on the Hotel's website constitutes the formation of a distance contract between the Client and the Hotel.
The Hotel reserves the right to cancel or refuse any reservation from a Client with whom there is an ongoing dispute regarding payment for a previous reservation.
Each reservation is nominative and cannot, under any circumstances, be transferred to a third party.
ARTICLE 3: CANCELLATION
Billing is based on the services ordered for the entire stay. Clients are advised to pay close attention to the following cancellation conditions.
1/ The following are considered cancellations:
- Changing the dates of the reservation
- Failure to pay contractual deposits
- Oral or written notice of the Client’s no-show for personal reasons
Cancellation of a reservation with a Flexible Rate:
In case of cancellation by the Client of a Flexible Rate reservation less than 48 hours before the scheduled stay, for any reason, an amount corresponding to the total of the first night will be retained by the Hotel as damages and compensation for the loss incurred.
Cancellation/Modification of a Non-Refundable, Non-Cancellable Rate Reservation:
For Non-Refundable, Non-Cancellable Rate reservations, any cancellation or modification by the Client, for any reason, will result in 100% of the pre-paid amount being retained by the Hotel. The same applies to no-shows on the scheduled arrival date.
ARTICLE 4: RATES
The Services provided by the Hotel are charged at the rates in effect on the Hotel's website at the time of reservation. Prices are expressed in Euros, excluding and including taxes.
The rates reflect any applicable discounts granted by the Hotel, as specified on its website.
These rates are firm and not subject to revision during their validity period as indicated on the Hotel’s website. Outside this validity period, the Hotel reserves the right to modify rates at any time.
Rates are confirmed to the Client inclusive of VAT (excluding tourist taxes) in the Hotel's applicable currency. Changes in VAT rates or the introduction of new legal or regulatory taxes will be reflected in the rates as of the billing date.
Rates exclude the tourist tax, which must be paid directly at the Hotel.
The Client agrees to pay these various taxes without dispute to the Hotel.
Unless otherwise stated on the website, additional services (e.g., breakfast) are not included in the price.
Invoices are issued by the Hotel and provided to the Client upon delivery of the reserved services.
ARTICLE 5: PAYMENT TERMS
For Non-Refundable, Non-Cancellable Rates:
Full payment is required at the time of reservation confirmation. Payment must be made via secure methods:
- Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or other cards
For Flexible Rates:
Payment is due in full on the day services are rendered.
All payments will be considered final only after the amounts due have been effectively received by the Hotel.
ARTICLE 6: TRANSPORT
The Hotel does not provide transport services and cannot be held liable for any transportation-related issues (e.g., delays, cancellations).
ARTICLE 7: PROVISION OF SERVICES
Services include room bookings and additional services and will be provided per these GTC and the applicable rate conditions accepted by the Client at the time of reservation.
ARTICLE 8: SMOKING
The Hotel is entirely non-smoking. Any smoking within the premises will result in a cleaning fee of €150.
ARTICLE 9: ANIMALS
Animals are not allowed in the Hotel. Clients arriving with animals will be denied access.
ARTICLE 10: INSURANCE, DAMAGE, THEFT
The Client must have liability insurance to cover any damages caused during their stay. The Hotel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
ARTICLE 11: MISCONDUCT AND DAMAGES BY THE CLIENT
Clients are responsible for any damage they cause and must compensate the Hotel accordingly.
ARTICLE 12: RELOCATION
In case of unavailability, the Hotel reserves the right to accommodate Clients in a similar establishment.
ARTICLE 13: APPLICABLE LAW
These GTC are governed by Belgian law. In case of translation discrepancies, the French version prevails.
ARTICLE 14: DISPUTES
In case of a dispute, the Hotel and the Client will attempt to resolve it amicably. Unresolved disputes will be submitted to the competent courts.
